Waffle House opened this location (now a museum) in 1955. Since that time, the diner has served more than 1.1 billion servings of has browns, 957 million cups of coffee and 786 million strips of bacon.

The restaurant ran several ads during the Superbowl last night announcing they will be giving away free Grandslam breakfasts on Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you go, be prepared for a crowd. They do say nothing in life is free....
