FREE Friendly's!

I have a nostalgic love of Friendly's -- it was the place where we all hung out in high school, and the place where my fiance and I had our first dates decades ago. So I've got Saturday, June 5 circled on the calendar to be sure we make it to are closest Friendly's for free ice cream day. We'll take the family -- myself, my fiance and our seven kids. I hope they are ready for us!!

Baskin Robbins is holding their 31-cent ice cream scoop night tomorrow from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. They hope to raise $100,000 to donate to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

Earlier this week I told you about the free Italian Ice at Rita's on March 20 (more details here).

Well, if you liked that, you should also mark your calendar for March 23. That's the day Ben and Jerry's will be giving away free ice cream cones from noon to 8 p.m. (get more details here). The ice cream shop does it every year to mark the anniversary of the opening of their first restaurant in Vermont more than 30 years ago.
