The offer is available to those living in states that have grocery stores in the Kroger family, which includes Ralphs, Fry's, Owen's, Scott's, Baker's and others listed here. Sadly, they don't have any stores in Delaware, so you guys will have to let me know how this one is.

Of course, the $17 coupon book from ConAgra foods is only valuable if it's for things you would buy anyway (thanks for the advice Dad). Since I'm new to all this, I won't know for six to eight weeks when it arrives in the mail, but ConAgra does include labels I use regularly -- Pam, Hunts, Orville Redenbachers, Chef Boyardee.
